The Story Behind Dragoon Yachts

It Started With One Boat

In 2012, Dragoon began with an unusual idea.

A traditional Indonesian cargo vessel was transformed into a completely different kind of space — a boat designed not simply to transport people, but to bring them together.

It became the original Dragoon: a floating venue where music, food, the ocean and people could exist in the same experience.

At a time when Bali's nightlife and hospitality scene were rapidly evolving, the concept was deliberately different.

Take the energy of Bali and put it on the water.

 

That first boat became the foundation of Dragoon Yachts.

Over the years, the company evolved from a pioneering party-boat concept into a full-service Bali yacht charter and private boat events company, with multiple vessels, different capacities and experiences designed around the occasion rather than around a single type of boat.

After more than a decade in Bali, we have learned that every group arrives with a different idea of what an unforgettable day at sea should look like.

For some, it is a quiet sunset with a glass of champagne.
